JMS Global was founded by Jonathan Shipman, a sales, marketing, merchandising, and business development leader with more than 20 years of experience.
As a Sales Merchandising Lead at Scotts Miracle-Gro, he serviced 40–50 Walmart locations across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho and built a pilot-program playbook that was adopted nationwide — growing sales about 18% at his participating stores.
As Managing Director of a Puget Sound home-improvement company, he more than doubled sales, recruited a top salesperson, and brought in a premium product line that lifted leads 80% and sales 50%. Earlier, he spent 15 years in China founding and running training centers and launching a bar that became one of the most profitable in its area within three months.
